age 97, of Howard Lake, MN passed away on April 21, 2017. She was born May 13, 1919 in Rake, IA. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 12, 2017 at 2 PM with visitation 1 hr prior to the service at Zion Lutheran Church in Rake, IA. Internment will be at West Cemetery in Rake. She is survived by her daughters, Carol (Charles) Yaeger of Kansas City, MO and Catherine Maynard of Howard Lake, MN, grandson, David (Donna) Yaeger, granddaughters, Cindy Maynard and Cheryl (Robert) Buth, great-grandchildren, Ashley Yaeger, Brady Buth and Katelyn Buth. She is also survived by her brother, Harris (Mabel) Halvorson, sister, Janice Latourell, sisters-in-law, Irene Halvorson and Lillian Halvorson, along with several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, one sister, two brothers-in-law, one sister-in-law, and grandson, Dale Yaeger.
