Trent David Raisanen, age 41, died on January 30, 2023 at University
Place, Washington. He was born in Litchfield Minnesota on August 22,
1981. Trent is the second oldest child of Bruce and Patricia Raisanen.
As a youngster, Trent enjoyed following his Dad around on the farm
and even wanted his name changed to “Farmer Fred.” He learned to
sew from his Mom, and enjoyed designing and sewing clothing with
his friends. His gregarious, inclusive personality and jovial nature
drew family and friends for a hearty laugh, conversations, soft ball
and yard games, camping, and many other activities. Trent had
many interests, was very athletic, gifted in art and loved to study
vocabulary. His first job was milking cows at a local dairy farm. Trent
was confirmed at Stony Lake Camp in 1997, and graduated from
Dassel-Cokato High School in 2000.
Trent met the love of his life, Tina Kaarina Lever shortly after
high school. They were married on July 14, 2001 in Snohomish,
Washington and began their married life together in Rockford,
Minnesota. Their only child, Analise Rachel was born on July 10,
2003. Trent’s careers included painting, managing a sporting goods
store, carpentry, traveling the country as a professional fixture
installer. Life was soon difficult for both Trent and Tina as they
struggled with mental health and substance use. Unfortunately Trent
never overcame his addictions. Trent is loved dearly and is missed by
all. His legacy lives on through Analise.
