Joan Boss, age 66, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2026.
Joan was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be remembered for her kindness and devotion to her family. She enjoyed spending time at the lake and fishing, as well as gathering with family and friends to play cards and share time together.
She is survived by her ex-husband, Martin Boss; her son, Jake Boss, and his wife, Amber Boss; her granddaughter, Jade Boss; her grandson, Marshall Boss; her brother, Kent Glessing; and her sister, Cheryl Moist.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Delores Glessing, and her daughter, Megan Boss.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, March 1st, at the Swanson-Peterson Funeral Home in Howard Lake, with visitation at 1:00 PM and service at 2:00 PM. Lunch to follow at the Montrose Community Center in Montrose, MN.
